Placing the order was pretty smooth, but the delivery took around 12 days due to the royal mail strike. Still, the wait was totally worth it because the scent exceeded my expectations.

The updates on delivery weren't the best, but the items came well packaged and even included a nice little extra tester. All in all, I'm quite satisfied with both the product and the delivery, and I’ll definitely buy from them again.

This company promises delivery within 5 days. Yet, here I am, over 5 days later, and my order is still MIA! Sure, Royal Mail has been striking a lot lately, but that shouldn't be an excuse for a business that claims to value its customers. They were well aware of the strikes ahead of time, but it seems they acted like it was no big deal. No alternative shipping options were offered, and I didn’t get any heads-up about possible delays before I placed my order. I had to reach out to them several times, both on the phone and through online chat, just to get a shipping refund, which needed a manager's approval. Why didn’t they just offer that as a goodwill gesture instead of making me ask? And still, no package has shown up because of more delays with Royal Mail. Their customer service is lacking... The last thing they told me was that their website mentions potential delays due to strikes, but is it really fair to hide behind fine print? Absolutely not! Nobody can figure out what changes they made to their shipping policy unless they highlight it during the ordering process, and I didn’t see anything like that when I was checking out! This isn’t the right mindset, and it’s certainly not how you treat your customers!
